Quanto tempo  ho tenuto questi coralli nel cassetto?
Forse 5 anni.
Non scherzo!
Compro certe pietre d'istinto solo perchè piacciono a me ,senza pensare se sono vendibili.Senza neppure immaginarne l'uso,solo semplicemente ,unicamente perchè mi piacciono.
Ed è così che ho  comprato questi due coralli color salmone,belli grossi,con un taglio improbabile.Taglio a fiore con foro centrale e pure una bella avvallatura in centro.

E' stato un anno fa, esattamente il 5 marzo del 2010, che ho intrapreso quest'avventura, dopo aver visto "Julie&amp;Julia". Sotto sostegno del carnivoro feci click su crea blog ed eccolo nascere. Ho imparato tanto in quest'anno e tante cose che mi riguardano sono cambiate: la mia casa, il carnovoro, il ritorno (tanto sognato) a Napoli, la difficile convinvenza con i miei (che adoro tantissimo, ma ovviamente le mie esigenze are different from them, uindi disagreements often are), go dancing (finally) and take the road to the theater. But beyond the personal changes, this blog has allowed me to know, even if only virtually, so many people, all with the desire to learn, with stories to tell and lots to teach (at least to me, I love to cook, but I still so, so much to learn). So many good things, but also a lot to be faced and overcome, many self-imposed limits of my super-ego, a bit too troublesome to say the truth (!). And the road is still long and flat with many new features. One will see it soon, on these screens (and by the time it is also the only new secure the more hopefully to come).
Having started the blog with a apple pie, it seemed right to celebrate his first year of life with an apple pie, than the first, but just as good.

SEAT WITH APPLES AND YOGURT WITH EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

INGREDIENTS (recipe taken from Irresistible apple pies, brochure salt & pepper)
5 Golden Delicious apples

350g flour 200g sugar 2 eggs

250g yogurt (I used a vanilla flavored yogurt)
succo di un limone
1 bustina di lievito per dolci
100ml di olio extravergine di oliva
60g di granella di zucchero (io ho usato della granella di zucchero di canna Panel, che ha un retrogusto di liquirizia, molto particolare)
cannella (questa l'ho aggiunta io)

PREPARAZIONE
Grattugiare la scorza di limone e tenerla da parte. Lavate le mele, sbucciatele e tagliatele a dadini. Spuzzatele con del succo di limone. Mescolare le uova con lo zucchero, finché non avrete un composto spumoso. Aggiungete lo yogurt e l'olio. Aggiungete la farina setacciata con il lievito, la cannella, la scorza del limone e mescolate. Asciugate i cubetti di mela, infarinateli leggermente (serve per non farli sprofondare nell'impasto) e uniteli all'impasto. Versate il composto in uno stampo a ciambella imburrato e ricopritene la superficie con la granella di zucchero. Infornare a 180°C per 45 minuti.Sformate la ciambella e lasciatela raffreddare.

E siccome dietista lo sono e qualche trucchetto lo conosco, perché non mettere in pratica le proprie conoscenze? ;)

INGREDIENTI
300g riso
10 gambi di carciofo
scorza grattugiata e succo di 2 arance
1 scalogno
2 cucchiai di olio extravergine d'oliva
pecorino
