Finalmente un attimo di respiro. Dopo giorni passati tra i libri di università e una settimana a scuola di ballo per le prove delle ultime due date di Pinocchio, eccomi di ritorno. si torna alle proprie giornate tranquille e ci si gode anche di questi momenti. Adesso ho due settimane libere dagli impegni universitari, ma comunque piene di cose da fare. Però un po' di tempo per coccolare i miei ce l'ho e quindi, avendo iniziato una dieta tutti (compreso mio padre, che è sempre stato riluttante alla parola dieta) ho pensato che magari presentando le cose in maniera diversa, non possa pesare più di tanto farla. E siccome dietista lo sono e qualche trucchetto lo conosco, perché non mettere in pratica le proprie conoscenze? ;)

INGREDIENTI
300g riso
10 gambi di carciofo
scorza grattugiata e succo di 2 arance
1 scalogno
2 cucchiai di olio extravergine d'oliva
pecorino


PREPARATION Clean the artichoke stems, wash and cut into small cubes. Sauté shallots in oil. The stems and add half a glass of water. Evaporate. Add the rice and orange juice and brown. Add, from time to time, hot water and salt. Serve when ready and serve. A pleasure to add cheese (I think there is also good with marjoram, but not having the house I could not test).
