Riempirvi il pollo e unirne i lembi cucendoli tra loro oppure unirli con uno stuzzicadenti (io ho usato il secondo metodo, che l'idea di cucire un pollo mi fa un po' impressione). Sistemare il pollo su della carta da forno, bagnarla con del vino bianco e l'olio e cuocere in forno a 180°C per circa 2 ore.
Intanto da parte lavare e pulire le patate novelle. Metterle in una teglia e spargervi su un po' di insaporitore Ariosto. Cuocere in forno a 180°C finché non saranno pronte (qui ci vuole la prova forchetta)


E adesso passiamo alla novità della giornata: ieri c'è stata la prima del musical "Pinocchio" e io, ovviamente, ho fatto parte del corpo di ballo. Una bella esperienza. Certo la prima è sempre poco più che una prova generale e spero che le altre date andranno anche meglio (e per quanto mi riguarda ci metterò tutto l'impegno possibile). Al più presto, appena le avrò, metterò anche le foto per farvi vedere qualcosina :)
