Bigoli with 'nduja, potatoes and smoked cheese


now I would say that it is time that I strive to buy un'agendina note where everything, especially people's names attached with a mini -photo. Oh yes, I'm to the point that I forget anything .. Even what I'm saying or that I thought the first 5 seconds. Bah. It 's true that I am a combination of each, but did not expect to run out so fast .. Ah, the youth of today:)
Thank goodness there's something I have not forgotten how to do: prepare a delicious dish with a few things that I find myself at home. It will be a theater that we are stressing with the improvisations to be done, but I must say that the culinary improvisations are the ones I like best. This recipe comes from the desire to prove that I have posted bigoli Manuela and Silvia in their pack-swap. I recommend it with a nice tasty sauce and I obviously I wanted to do the mixing region (as I usually do .. a melting pot Italian / culinary), so I armed 'nduja, smoked cheese and potatoes and we prepared these bigoli. Fast, good and of course HOT (refrain delicate palates!)

INGREDIENTS 300g
bigoli

2 small potatoes 3 slices of 'nduja
smoked cheese, diced onion


PREPARATION
Fry some onion in a skillet with oil and add the potatoes into cubes. Cook. Add 'nduja cut into cubes and let dissolve (the seasoning salt because I have not' already tasty nduja of her). Boil the pasta and pour in the sauce and add the smoked cheese, cut into cubes. Serve
