You read that right: his licorice powder. I have also turned their noses up when I read long ago on the menu in a Milanese restaurant. And instead, I had to change my mind. They were really good. And I have now replicated at home .. have the same effect of initial distrust and ecstatic enjoyment final)


INGREDIENTS 500g Taleggio cheese gnocchi

a handful of Liquorice also

PREPARATION
pulverized licorice (do this in a blender with a glass high enough, otherwise you'll be dust all over the kitchen, as it happened to me .. to the delight of my madreXD). Cook gnocchi global and when they come to the surface, drain and mix with Taleggio cheese, cut into cubes, until it has melted. Sprinkle with licorice root and serve.
